There should be more workshops like this:
Washingtonville —The Rev. Michael Dowd and his wife, Connie Barlow, will present a free workshop, “Thank God for Evolution! How Science and Religion Are Spurring Each Other to Greatness,” at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday Nov. 19, at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 175 East Main St., Washingtonville.

It's nice to see open minded people with a healthy respect for spirituality and scientific reality.
Also enjoyed the link to Darksyde at DailyKos.. particularly his statement "There are vast numbers of Americans who give thanks and celebrate life, without praying to a cut-out of George Bush or forking over money to Pat Robertson"
Thanx. I hope "Jesus Camp" is out on DVD by the Xtian holiday. It would be a great stocking stuffer! Heh!
